"We are a small practice without a receptionist. This app has created a seamless and professional experience for our clients when they arrive. Clients simply enter their first name to ensure privacy compliance, and a photo directory of clinicians is displayed for them to select who they are there to see. The app then sends an SMS and/or email to the clinician, notifying them that the client has arrived. It’s super simple for everyone.

 

Before we installed the app, clients would often arrive unsure of what to do or where to go. This has been an amazing addition to our practice!"
