ConfidIn EHR
ConfidIn EHR is practice-management software for outpatient practices that schedule, document and bill for care. It is built for group practices with more than one location, including practices that run several legal entities under one brand.
ConfidIn EHR is in early access, opening to group practices in stages. It is the companion to ConfidIn Client Check-In, our app for practice lobbies.
What it does
Scheduling
One calendar across every location, with provider availability, rooms, recurring appointments and reminders.
Client records and notes
Client records, treatment plans and session notes, with supervisor co-signature for providers who need it.
Billing and insurance
Charges for each session, invoices, superbills, and insurance claims and remittances through a clearinghouse.
Card payments
Clients pay by card in the office or online, and can keep a card on file with the practice.
Group practices
Several locations, and several legal entities under one brand, in one account, with reporting across all of them.
Your data stays yours
A practice can export its own data at any time while it subscribes, at no extra charge.
How card payments work
Practices take card payments from their clients through ConfidIn EHR. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each practice, and each legal entity in a group practice, has its own Stripe account and is the merchant for the payments it takes:
- the charge appears on the client’s card statement under the practice’s name;
- the money is paid out to the practice’s own bank account, and fivePin does not hold it;
- card details are entered on forms hosted by Stripe and never reach fivePin’s servers;
- refunds and disputes for a client payment are handled by the practice, under the practice’s own policies.
A practice sets up its Stripe account from inside ConfidIn EHR and agrees to Stripe’s terms as it does. Our Terms of Service explain how that works.
Pricing
ConfidIn EHR is a monthly subscription paid by the practice. Pricing depends on the size of the practice and is quoted on request. Card processing fees apply to each card payment a practice takes. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
