ConfidIn Client Check-In subscriptions
ConfidIn Client Check-In subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and those stores handle billing for them.
- To cancel, use the subscription settings on your device or in your store account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- For a refund, ask Apple or Google under their refund policies. FivePin does not receive store payments directly and cannot refund them.

Cancellation
A practice can cancel at any time by emailing us from the account owner’s address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period, there is no cancellation fee, and the practice keeps access, including data export, until then.
Refunds
Subscription fees are paid monthly in advance and are not refunded for a partly used month. We refund in full any amount we charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation took effect, to the original payment method.
Disputing a charge
If you think a charge from FivePin is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. We reply within two business days, and if the charge was made in error we refund it as described above.
Payments made to a practice
When a client pays a practice through ConfidIn EHR, the practice is the merchant, and the charge appears on the card statement under the practice’s name. Refunds, cancellations and disputes for those payments are handled by the practice under its own policies. If you are a client with a question about a payment, please contact your practice. See our Terms of Service for how payment processing works.
